Warm Sautéed Apple:
- 1 small apple (around 1.5 cup chopped)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Apple Crumble Smoothie (serves 2)
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pitted medjool date
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp Beans & Greens
Served with granola or muesli of choice, fresh blueberries, freeze-dried raspberries and the warmed sautéed apples
Method
- Place 1 apple, water and cinnamon into a small pot and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes until softened.
- Blend together Apple Crumble Smoothie ingredients, including the Beans and Greens
- Top the smoothie with the fresh fruits, warmed apples and muesli of choice.
