We all know how important it is to stay hydrated! It is crucial for our health and wellbeing. Our heart, muscles, brain and energy levels are greatly impacted when dehydrated! Women should aim to drink 2.1L and men 2.6L. We’ve always been told to drink more water but it is easier said than done right. Well here’s some tips to help increase water intake. Try having reusable water bottles. Keep one at your desk, one in your bag, one on your bedside table and one in the fridge. When you see the water bottles it reminds you to drink more. You can try adding exciting flavors to your water such as mint, lemon, lime, berries or one of our fermented fruity flavors. Try get into the habit of having a glass of water with every meal. You will be feeling great in no time!
