Ingredients
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of frozen kale (or spinach for an alternative)
- 1 TSP Rochway Beans and Greens powder
- 1/2 TSP maca powder
- 1 TSP chia seeds
Method
- Put everything into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in your favourite jar with a metal straw.
- Enjoy!
